A Significant Weather Advisory has been issued for Ben Hill, Berrien, Brooks, Colquitt, Irwin, Lanier, Lowndes, Eastern Thomas and Southeastern Worth Counties until 12:15 PM EDT.
At 1041 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles northeast of Ashburn to 6 miles north of Monticello. Movement was east at 40 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.
